Ayurvedic Medicine

Ayurveda is a form of medicine from India that is over 5000 years old. The name Ayurveda is derived from Sanskrit and is the combination of Ayu (“life” in Sanskrit) and Veda (“knowledge” in Sanskrit). Literally, Ayurveda translates to “knowledge of life.”
