Foaming Agent

A foaming agent is a chemical substance added to either foods or skin-care products to produce bubbles or foam. They may also be listed on a label as “surfactants” or “blowing agents”. Foaming agents may be found in liquid soaps, shampoos, and/or cleansing products.
