1 cup of chopped kale
3 tablespoons of hemp seeds

1 cup water
Dash of salt (optional)
5 ice cubes (or to your desired level of frostiness)
Cacao nibs (optional - for an extra anti-oxidant punch!)
Blend it all together in a food processor or blender and skinjoy! Makes 2-3 servings.
