Vata Balancing Tea- Focus 


  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup boiling water


Pitta Balancing Tea- Relax


  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel
  • 1/4 teaspoon rose petals
  • 1 cup boiling water


Kapha Balancing Tea- Energize


  • 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1 clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1 cup boiling water

Preparation Instructions

  1. Mix the spices for the desired tea.
  2. Add the boiling water.
  3. Steep the tea for 5 minutes, covered.
  4. Strain the herbs and spices.

Make sure to serve each tea the following ways to maximize dosha balancing:

  • Vata: Warm
  • Pitta: Lukewarm
  • Kapha: Hot
